An extremely narrow, upright, deciduous tree. Large, deeply-crinkled leaves emerge bright green, extending perpendicularly from the main trunk at equal points. Fall color is brilliant gold with red-tinted stems. Prefers full sun in well-drained soil. 7' tall x 10" wide in 10 years. Hardy to -30 degrees. USDA zone 4.
